  • A £10 deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are paid through the booking system at the time of booking and are deducted from your final balance.

  • Yes if it is TGB BIAB, however please let me know when booking if you have product applied by another nail technician.

    Corrective infills may incur an additional charge due to the extra time required.

  • To create a calm and relaxing environment for all clients, I kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone unless previously agreed.

  • The remaining balance is payable at the end of your appointment using either contactless or cash

  • Please let us know as soon as possible if you're running late.

    If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened, adjusted, or rescheduled. The full appointment fee may still apply.

  • Absolutely! If you need to move your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.

    Appointments moved with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a £15 rescheduling fee.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a £15 cancellation fee.

    Cancellations on the day will be charged the full appointment amount.

  • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice (no-show) will be charged the full appointment amount.
